Saturday morning we went to Christmas Magic to watch/listen to the Iowa Park A-Cap Choir which Ethan is a member of. Afterwards, John, Jessica, and I went to the Branding Iron for lunch. When we sat down in our booth I noticed a man at the table next to us and he looked kinda familiar. Then as we were finishing our lunch it hit me....that man was Russ Taff! Wow!
When we got up to leave I stepped over to his table and asked him if he was Russ Taff. He said yes, shook my hand, and I introduced myself. I asked if he would mind taking a picture with me, he said sure and suggested we go outside where the light was better so we did. He is a very nice person and VERY down to earth! This was really neat to get to meet him! Back "in the day" (eighties) when he was with the Imperials and when he went solo, I just loved him! I still enjoy listening to his music.
I heard that someone we all know is "in love" with Russ Taff....sorry Sharon but "...nanny, nanny, boo, boo..." LOL!

LOL! You should have heard Sharon scream when Kassie told her this story. We enjoyed his concert Saturday night. You should have come. We were almost the youngest ones there. LOL!!!

Hey Lori! I got home yesterday. I am doing good. Not enough pain to take meds but I am definitely sore when I get up and walk around. Ahhh....how long is this gonna last? I just want to feel normal again. lol. Thanks for the comment. Hope all is well!
